1 | Which carriers move my order?

We partner with USPS, DHL, EMS, and vetted regional postal services. The carrier is auto-selected for speed and reliability to your ZIP code.


2 | How our clock works

Daily cut-off5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York). Orders confirmed before cut-off queue for handling the same day; orders after roll to the next business day. (Example: an order at 6:15 PM EST Friday begins processing Monday.)

*Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. Most continental-U.S. parcels arrive in 4-9 business days overall, but weather, carrier volume, or remote ZIPs can extend this window.


4 | Tracking & status e-mails

  • Order confirmation arrives immediately.
  • Tracking link follows 1-2 business days later; check spam if missing.
  • Carriers may need 3-7 days after label creation to post the first scan.
  • If your package beats its ETA by 48 h, contact us and we’ll dig in.

5 | Made-to-order & personalised items

Custom graphics or sizing tweaks add 2-4 extra handling days. The product page and confirmation e-mail will flag any such lead-time.


6 | Where we currently ship

YES: Contiguous United States (48 states).
NO: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, or any international address. Orders placed to excluded regions will be cancelled and refunded automatically.


7 | Address accuracy rules

  • Double-check suite numbers, street spellings, and ZIPs before you click Pay.
  • Parcels returned for an invalid address can be re-shipped at your original rate.
  • Emusion is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after you ask a carrier to forward or reroute a parcel.
