Can I save items to a wishlist?Yes—click “Add to Wishlist” on any product page. Your saved items will appear in My Account › Wishlist.
How do I check stock availability?On the product page:
Add to Cart means it’s in stock.
Out of Stock means sold out—join the waitlist to get notified.
Is guest checkout available?Absolutely. You can check out as a guest using just your shipping and payment info. Creating an account adds perks like order tracking, saved addresses, and exclusive offers.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?Orders placed before 3 PM (PST) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed later will be processed the next business day.
What are the shipping options and times?Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days processing + 5–8 business days transit — $8 flat rate.
Express Shipping: 1 business day processing + 2–3 business days transit — $20 flat rate.
Where do you ship?We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How can I track my package?Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or modify my order?Yes—free cancellation or modification is available within 12 hours of placing your order. Email [email protected] or call us with the subject “Change/Cancel Order #XXXXX”.
What if it’s past 12 hours?Unfortunately, once your order is processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You may still return it after delivery (see Returns section).
Tip: Double‑check your addressWe ship exactly as entered. Errors may result in disposal or extra shipping charges. Make sure it’s correct before confirming your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?You have 30 days from delivery date to return items that are unused, with original tags and packaging.
How do I initiate a return?1. Email [email protected] with your Order ID.
2. We’ll send you an RMA number, return instructions, and address within 2 business days.
3. Send the package and share tracking info with us.
Who covers return shipping?Free if item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
– Otherwise (e.g. change of mind, wrong size), you cover return fees.
Can I exchange instead of refunding?Yes—one free exchange per order. Specify the new variant (size/color/age group/gender) when requesting a return, and we’ll ship it once we receive the original item.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?Within 5 business days of our warehouse receiving the item. Your bank may take 3–7 days to post it.
Are shipping fees refunded?Yes—if the return is due to our fault (e.g. defective, wrong item).
