Is guest checkout available? | Absolutely. You can check out as a guest using just your shipping and payment info. Creating an account adds perks like order tracking, saved addresses, and exclusive offers. |

When will my order ship? | Orders placed before 3 PM (PST) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed later will be processed the next business day. |
What are the shipping options and times? | – Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days processing + 5–8 business days transit — $8 flat rate. – Express Shipping: 1 business day processing + 2–3 business days transit — $20 flat rate. |
Where do you ship? | We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. |
How can I track my package? | Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information. |
Order Changes & Cancellations

What if it’s past 12 hours? | Unfortunately, once your order is processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You may still return it after delivery (see Returns section). |

Returns & Exchanges

Who covers return shipping? | – Free if item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. – Otherwise (e.g. change of mind, wrong size), you cover return fees. |
Can I exchange instead of refunding? | Yes—one free exchange per order. Specify the new variant (size/color/age group/gender) when requesting a return, and we’ll ship it once we receive the original item. |
Refunds
