We give every shopper a one-day mulligan—no fees, no guilt:
- Clock starts: the second your confirmation e-mail lands.
- Ends: 24 hours later or at the next weekday cut-off (5 PM EST), whichever comes first.
- Cost: $0.00 to cancel, swap sizes, change colours, or edit the ship-to address.

2 | After 24 Hours — No U-Turns
Once your tees, hoodies, glasses, or mugs hit the print queue, we can’t stop them:
- Production in progress: orders lock automatically; address tweaks or product changes aren’t possible.
- Still not happy? Accept delivery, then start a return (see our 180-day Refund Policy).

4 | Address Accuracy Matters
Carriers trust the label, not good intentions.
- Packages bounced for bad addresses can be re-shipped—but you’ll pay the original shipping rate again.
- We’re not liable for loss or theft after a parcel is marked Delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Double-check apartment numbers, suite names, and ZIP codes before you tap Place Order.
